Senior Vice President, ISI Country Offices and Project Management

Alice Goh is Senior Vice President of International Social Impact country offices and project management for Sesame Workshop. In this role, she oversees the Workshop’s South Africa, India, and Bangladesh offices and runs the global project management team responsible for delivering early childhood education community outreach programs.

Grounded in a deep commitment to expanding educational opportunity, Alice has more than 15 years of education and nonprofit management experience. From 2014 to 2020, she was a director at the Ford Foundation, an international social justice philanthropy. While at Ford, Alice developed and led cross-foundation strategic initiatives including the Ford Global Fellowship program and was part of the management team that created the foundation’s strategy to reduce global inequality. Prior to Ford, Alice was an independent consultant serving K-12 and post-secondary education clients in addressing strategic and operational issues. Alice was also the vice president of strategy and administration at Teach For All, where she built and led the global finance, technology, and administration teams. She began her career in investment banking at Goldman Sachs in New York and Hong Kong.

Alice serves on the board of LitWorld and is a term member of the President’s Council of Cornell Women. She is a graduate of Cornell University, Stanford Business School, and Stanford Education School.
