Children's Stories
The Sesame Workshop story is a children's story, played out millions of times a day the world over. As a collection of stories -- not the ones we tell, but the ones children tell us -- the 2007 Annual Report focuses on the ways our work affects the life chances, experiences and opportunities -- the life stories -- of the children we reach.
In the 2007 Annual Report we set out to learn about our impact on a micro level -- from an individual child, real-time perspective. We found that while the world has changed in ways unimaginable since our founding, education remains the best way to a brighter future and empowering children through education makes a difference in every child's story.
